The Council

The Parish Council is currently made up of 11 local unpaid volunteers who are elected for a 4 year term of office and who have a variety of responsibilities. The current term runs from May 2015-May 2019. 

The Council Chairman and Vice-Chairman are elected each year and Cllrs Bryan Sumner and Bob Hadley were elected at the AGM on 3rd May 2017 as Chairman and Vice-Chairman respectively.

Sincere thanks are given to recently retired councillor, John Hovard for his considerable input on several committees over the past 3 years, and his commitment to Council’s work in all respects.

Office Opening Hours

The Parish Council Office is open to the public from Monday to Friday 9.00am-3.00pm. The office is also open for telephone and email enquiries on Mondays from 9.00am-3.00pm and Tuesday to Friday from 9.00am-5.00pm. Please feel free to contact the Clerk or Assistant by phone or email during those times.
