About Us

The Council

The Parish Council is currently made up of 11 local unpaid volunteers who are elected for a 4 year term of office and who have a variety of responsibilities. The current term runs from May 2015-May 2019. 

The Council Chairman and Vice-Chairman are elected each year and Cllrs Tim Faulkner and Bryan Sumner were elected at the AGM on 4th May 2016 as Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively.

Sincere thanks are expressed to recently retired councillors, Alan Palmer, Sandra Morgan, Richard Vann and Brian Harden after many years' service and much hard work - we are very grateful to them for their invaluable contribution.

Office Opening Hours

The Parish Council Office is open to the public each Tuesday to Thursday between 12.30-3.30pm. The office is also open for telephone enquiries Mondays 9am-2.30pm and Tuesday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please feel free to contact the Clerk or Assistant by phone or email during those times.
